Fish Cakes- March 2nd
Not getting too fansy with the cooking, but I made some fish cakes and they turned out great! I got the idea after I saw cheap cans of saba, mackerel, at the grocery store and thought I'd try a new recipe with them.They are a breeze to make. Just add onion, garlic, seasoning, and breacrumbs then fry the patties till golden brown and your done. I ate mine on buttered-toasted buns with lettace, tomato, mayo, and sweet chili sauce with a side of fries and green beans. Although it wasn't that difficult to cook it turned out to be really delicious. P.S.- this is my second time making them.
